the difference is mainly shown in the S, G, C, t
in the arial there's is somewhat of a leaning on the ends of the letters but the Helvetica the ends are straight!

try to use those letters and use Bold option so its clearer and see what i mean! ofcourse using the arial font and if u have the other one use it!
