Help Reorder the Forum

Just looking at our layout, I think we need to move things around. Currently there is a Graphic design, web development, about the forum and a relax section, and so I was thinking this needs to be fixed. Maybe add more smaller forums or more categories. Have a go at redesigning our forum:
