How to use Theme Templates

hi guys,
I have downloaded few theme templates from different sources, Ther are .zip.
Now can anyone please tell me how to use them?

Go to Admin Panel in your forum then Display/Styles/ Themes management and in their you can "import a theme".

What are the theme's for? If they are for a FM forum, Kasper has it down. If not, please elaborate.

no they are not for FM, they are templates for websites. i downloaded few of them from here

unzip it using winrar or winzip

then look for index.html page inside the folder and edit as you like

As Rexo has stated and open the index.html page with a text editor such as Notepad. Then copy and paste the content into your HTML page.

Rexo is right . You can try it.

1. Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
2. Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
3. From the Available Themes section, click on the Theme title or theme screenshot for the Theme you wish to activate.
4. A preview of the Theme will be shown.
5. To activate the Theme click the Activate "Theme Name" link in the top right.
