change html to bbcode

hi guys i have this code

Now i want this to be changed to bbcode so it can be posted on a non-forumotion phpbb forum and work. they do not support html.
please help anyone

For the iframe bbcode to work, the forum must have set it up so it can work. ie. you can't expect it to always work. Some forums will allow it, but most won't. On the chance that it will, this is the code:

so i think html is off here at GC, now can you convert the above code given to bbcode and we'll see if its work here because bbcode is enabled

ok i dunno much about this but this code is placed in the CSS page?

yea I heard from jalo that this is not possible yet. so maybe some one creates it lol
