how to add fonts to PS Empty how to add fonts to PS

i have downloaded few fonts and they all are .zip files, i am using CS4 and now please can anyone help me with how to add them?

If your using windows:

Get the font you want, and go to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts then just stick the font in their and you will se it on any program that allows fonts...

or Start menu> Settings> Control Panel> Fonts!!

On my Vista and XP:
Download and extract your font (if it's in a zip). Font files are usualy in .ttf or a similar format. Right click on the file and select install (bolded). It should take about 10 seconds.

Open up Photoshop and let it load (it will take a few minutes to get the font). Your font should now be accessible in PS. how to add fonts to PS 2555

i just extracted them and then copy pasted in Windows>Fonts. that worked fine.

The bad part comes when you have a whole set of fonts you want in different archives. Then it'll take a long time.
