Facebook Code

I have a facebook for my forumotion forum and i want to know how can i make an image that opens my profile (of the forum) each time you press it I need the code...and waht better place to ask for it than graphics code ill be whating for answers ;D

No its just a normal image of facebook that i resizaed -> and i want to put this in a module in my forum so people can press it and go to the facebook forum
