cardNet. Do you card?

I need an idea reviewed. Just keep in mind that I'm 13.

cardnet is my idea of a project. Users will be able to exchange their online business card (hosted by moi) on card.net or a similar domain.

I have a few questions:
-Is it ok to use a free template?
-Would anyone like to give me help?
-Is this a good idea?
-Do you have suggestions?
-How advanced do you think this is? Is it in my range? (Assuming I know HTML, CSS, and PHP w/ minimal MySQL)

Quite advanced database work, also, you will need more than one person to control things. Also, a separate server would be handy, that runs 24/7.

If I learn PHP (skipping CSS and Javascript) would I be able to help?

As in, not knowing Javascript, I could help with the Database...and learn as I go too..

Database is not hard to learn i learned a little working with it

I asked if i could help without using learning JavaScript first.

I mean, learn PHP without first learning Javascript.
