Now that is very strange. Is this a personal computer or a public computer eg. school?

This is what 99% of users see:
Nav Bar Fctguw

Can I also ask what browser you are using?

edit: all those images (banner, nav bar, and many other forum images) are from the same server, so maybe your computer is blocking access.

Nah, it couldn't be blocking it. Try using CCleaner.
