User Awards

At the end of this year, I think we should have some user awards.
Things like:
-Most Helpful
-Funniest
-Best Designer
-Etc.

The winners could get userbars or profile fields and other free stuff.

I really want to do this, but there are only really like 10 users that are active, the rest seem to come and go as they please. If we can get to at least 50 active members, then for sure.
